Is it a Roller Coaster? Or Maybe Not…
If you are terrified of roller coasters this is definitely the easy way to experience the thrill.
In fact this isn’t actually a roller coaster at all but a huge towering sculpture in Duisburg, Germany.
The 2-million euro ($2.7 million) landmark of the Ruhr region was built on a former mining waste hill and was designed by two Hamburg artists Ulrich Gerth and Heike Mutter. The 249 steps of the 220-metre (0.14 miles) long walkway are illuminated by LED at night.
Visitors can climb on the curved sculpture and walk around, taking in the surrounding views from the spiral walkways – but not at the breakneck speed usually associated with roller coasters.
Weird Name – Amazing Structure
Named ‘Tiger and Turtle – Magic Mountain’, the 20-metre landmark was designed to be a focal point for the Ruhr region and stands 85 metres above sea level.
The area is regarded as one of the most rapidly changing landscapes in Europe.
It is made of tin, zinc and steel – materials symbolizing the early industrial use of the area.
Zinc used to be produced in the local area and steel at Krupp Mannesmann, a major steel-processing company.

the first thing that i would write in this comment is i would answer the question above, i think it is not a roller coaster but it only seems a roller coaster, i know the answer from the information above. it is in Duisburg, Germany and the name is HUGE TOWERING SCULPTURE.if it is in our country, there are so many people want to visit it because it is very nice landmark.
